All the clay and all the glazes used in Val do Sol products are made in house at a separate unit
dedicated to clay and glaze manufacture. This unit serves exclusively Val do Sol and it is owned by Val do Sol.

Val do Sol has 250 workers and an average capacity of 500.000 pieces per month.

Our stoneware products are fired at 1150ºC and have less then 3% absorption.

Our natural porcelain products are fired at 1300°C and have 0% absorption.

All our products are food safe and US prop 65 aproved.
